National Senior Health and Fitness Day is celebrated on the last Wednesday of May, this year on May 28. It is a day dedicated to the betterment of the health of seniors. The common goal is to help senior Americans stay fit and healthy. Today, we have Johnathan Arroyo from Arroyo Boxing Club coming in to do Chair Boxing with our seniors!
